About Mallory

Hi, I’m Mallory — a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping others find strength, balance, and peace both on and off the mat. My yoga journey began as a way to reconnect with myself during a busy college life, and it quickly grew into something much deeper. I’ve now made it my mission to create an inclusive space where everyone, no matter their experience level, feels welcome and supported.
My teaching style blends breathwork, mindful movement, and positive energy to help students feel grounded, empowered, and more in tune with their bodies. Whether you're here for a powerful flow or a moment of stillness, I’m honored to guide you through your practice.

My Teaching Philosophy:
I believe yoga is for every body. My approach focuses on meeting you exactly where you are—no pressure to be perfect, just the intention to show up and breathe. Each class is designed to build not just physical flexibility and strength, but also mental clarity and emotional calm. I aim to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can explore movement, deepen your breath, and connect with your inner self.
